Bought Aria HF 6812 Acoustic with mother of pearl inlays 000 concert sized

Just got this after the UNH game. In the rain. Gorgeous Mother of Pearl inlays with nice aged patina. Not solid white but has some yellowing that’s quite lovely.

Seller cut off the strings in order to shave the bridge saddle down to lower the action, then never filed it down.
I saw this is the 4 bolt cover in the back, just like my 1977 Epiphone Nova NV180 jumbo…
So I could un bolt the neck and shim it to lower the action.
Gotta source some old strings from across the street…

I’ve now read various sources cited this with a solid spruce top or a laminated top. I can’t see ply layers in there when I check the sound hole but sometimes that’s very hard to see.
Rosewood laminated sides and back apparently. Mahogany neck I read.
