My first film. 1994 filming begins Jan 1994. Based heavily at Killington Ski Resort.
But also filme all over Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.
Shot on Hi8 video format on my first ‘pro’ camera I bought: a Hitachi ‘grey market’ 3 chip camera.
This camera goes on to shoot my second film as well – see next post “U.F.O.” before I retire it.
This camera proved indestructible. I tossed it off of at least on cornice in a lightly padded bag – in fact I did this to have a buddy shoot ME dropping the cornice next. It’s a very fast nod to Hitchcock showing himself quickly in his own film. Plus, you know, I wanted to see if what it would feel like to drop that cornice out west on my second film.
