I used this lens a ton in my snowboard days. All my ads were sold with this lens, including Burton catalog shots etc… All my Snowboard Magazine shots I made with this excellent little lens, including the defunct Plow Magazine.
Tore it down, had to use adhesive to get the graphic / name plate unscrewed to access the next levels of unbolting the focus mechanism. The focus ring had stopped being connected to the focusing element, so it just free spun. You could squeeze it hard to focus the underlying element but it was a royal pain.

Thanks to the internets / hunting on my part, found a great article about breaking down this lens!

This will start to get some use on my Steadicam setup with my RED Scarlet 4K cinema camera along with any Ronin / Movi stabilizer use.
